I can’t afford to have my home professionally staged…

You’re right!  We are very fortunate here in San Antonio and most houses will eventually sell.  The question is a matter of when and for how much.  Studies show that the longer a home stays on the market, the lower the selling price will be.  Since staged homes sell in almost half the time and at a conservatively 6% or higher

I’m very creative.  Why can’t I stage my own home?
