IN-HOME CONSULTATION
At Staged, Styled & Sold, we feel your needs are best
met when we start with a thorough walk through of your
home. Beginning from the moment we arrive curbside, we
evaluate your investment with “buyer’s eyes”, gathering
those all important first impressions that either draw
buyers in or leave them disenchanted. Your staging
professional will discuss your home’s best features, as well
as trouble spots, and provide you with simple and affordable
solutions that will ensure you receive the maximum return on
investment for your home improvement dollars. Because
seeing is believing, we will transform one area of your home
to demonstrate the dramatic difference a professional home
stager makes, then provide both you and your agent with the
amazing before and after photos. If future hands-on staging
is needed, a detailed Action Plan will be created to best
prepare for follow-up services.

TEN” PRIORITY REPORT
This service is for the home that is already well on its
way to being staged and just requires a little extra
attention. Staged, Styled & Sold will provide you with a
customized report that focuses on the ten most important
actions you as a seller should take to increase your home’s
value and obtain a faster sale.
HALF
DAY OF STAGING OR REDESIGN
This service is designed for those homes that need just
a little extra attention and expertise or are less than 2000
square feet. We spend up to 4 hours working off of our
personalized and detailed Action Plan, making dramatic
transformations to your home. Focusing on those areas and
changes that have the greatest impact, you won’t believe the
difference a few hours can make! Accessories are brought
in to complete the look of each room and great photos are
taken for use in your agent’s marketing efforts. At the
completion of the staging day, Staged, Styled & Sold will
provide the Home Seller with their own detailed action
worksheet in order to successfully complete the
transformations.
FULL
DAY OF STAGING OR REDESIGN
Designed for those homes requiring a little more
attention or are over 2000 square feet, we spend up to 8
hours making dramatic transformations to the priority areas
your home. Like the half day of staging, we bring in
accessories which provide you with visuals of what purchases
you can make to achieve the same “show stopping” results.
Your individualized Action Plan is provided to you at the
end of the staging day in order to complete any recommended
transformations. Included are eye catching photos for your
real estate agent’s marketing campaign. You won’t believe
the difference a full day can make!
NEW
LISTING OR OPEN HOUSE STAGING WEEKEND
This service is ideal for the house that is soon to go
onto the market OR is preparing for an Open House. Staged,
Styled & Sold believes that in order to achieve an expedient
sale and top dollar for your investment, all homes
should under go a complete home staging transformation
before being listed. Dramatic photos are included for
use by your agent in their critical internet marketing. To
ensure that your first impression is a memorable and lasting
one, let our professionals spend two full days prior to the
scheduled weekend transforming your space into a warm and
inviting place that everyone will want to call home!
FINE
TUNING
Out of energy and need help with the final touches? Let
us help you create those important emotional connection
points that are critical for maximum impact and buyer
appeal! We’ll finish what you’ve started and help you
create that “model home” feel. Gorgeous photos of your
showcase home are included for that essential first
impression on the internet. Half-day or full-day “tune-ups”
available.
